| Magic Info; .Name Haru"Bloody Prince"Hyuuga.Guild.Magic Name [Storm Runner-Thunder & Lightning] .EffectThis unique magic is allows the mage to control and admit thunder and lightning at will to dispose of his opponent. The user is able to shoot lightning from any part of his body and intensify the damage by following the strike with thunderous shock waves. If the user becomes weary from using the lightning to much he can also absorb the electrical ions in the air to restore his power and regain his stamina.certain point of power the user can turn his body into a concentrated form of lighting and travel at speeds up to 27000 mph or 75 miles per second.
.Stages
[1--Super sonic]-from basic to intermediate the user can create and control the electrical pulses in his brain and create small concentrated electric currents through his muscles to continuously rejuvenate them to increase his speed but has a limit of 30% speed increase. [2--eye of the storm]-The user eyes glow with an electrifying effect as the limits of the electrical current is now lifted and his speed can now be increased being able to travel close to the speed of lightning (27000 mph) the body creates so much electricity that it can be seen out side of the body shocking object close to him the users hair will most likely stand up and will turn a red color. when ever the user hits any thing it gives of a thunderous sound to it and with twice the strength as normal (Experienced - S ranked) Moves Info; [list of offence/defence moves you can perform] D Ranked - Spoiler:
Name: Flash Jolt

Effects:By gathering energy from the electrical ions in the air, and mixing it
with chakra, the user of this technique can create an orb within there
hands that, when released, creates an explosion who’s radius is of 3ft
all around them. This will cause minor burning and shock on the enemy,
although this could be a rather big nuisance to the lesser opponents.

Effects:The rushes at the opponent at a fast pace normal in the first stage of the magic and then concentrates the electrical currents in his body into the front of his fist then he can decide to either spread the ectricity for a wide shot gun like shot (15ft wide) or a smaller concentrated more accurate beam ( the size of a 50 cal bullet)

Effects:The user body is surrounded by an electric shield, which can protect him from most physical attacks (C and down) Any one who tries to hit him will be electrocuted and sent back.

Type: Close Ranged

Effects:A skill that is normally used after a Lightning magic, to add a
thunderous effect. When the lightning strikes, it will utter
forth a shock wave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing
the distance between the user and the individual effected by the magic
by 10 meters, giving a greater opportunity to plan the next attack.

Type:Long Ranged
Rank: C
Cost: 16 2 per bird
Effects A skill where the user
utilizing Lightning magic various sparks of lightning appear within
the air. Within moments they transform into humming birds, giving off
this loud humming sound, The humming birds will then rush the opponent,
spreading out to hit even multiple targets. Maximum of five birds.
Name: Lightning Scatter Shot
Type: Close Ranged
Rank: C
Cost: 10 1 for each finger
Description:: The user gathers magic into their fingertips, but changing the nature of the magic
into electricity and then firing it off as what seems to be bullets.
These bolts will cause minor burning and shock, however, there is a
slight possibility that the bolt may pierce through the thing it hit,
if it's fragile.
